On the first day of the new year we decided to head out and look at a piece of property that my cousin had sent us a listing on. It was on our favorite road in our town, where over the years we have looked at every house that has been for sale on it. The second we arrived our excitement began to mount. There were several inches of snow on the ground. We walked down the road and turned and looked at each other and said....we need to go home and make an offer before someone steals it out from under us. To say we were excited would be an understatement. We could not believe that this incredible piece of land was available for the price they were asking. What a way to start the New Year!!!
